Individualized Home Supports (IHS) with Training serve a wide range of individuals. You might benefit from this service if you:
• Have a developmental disability
• Have a persistent mental illness
• Have a traumatic brain injury
• Are looking to age in place and would like support to remain independent
• Live in your family home
• Live independently
• Receive less than 24/7 support
• Are eligible for waiver services in the state of Minnesota
