The role of a Senior Direct Support Professional (SDSP) is a full-time position designed to help individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, traumatic brain injuries, or chronic illnesses increase their independence.
The role of an Onboarding Specialist is a full-time position designed to create and foster relationships between Ehrnriter Cares and new clients. The Onboarding Specialist works alongside the Field Coordinator and Agency Outreach Coordinator to execute the onboarding process with new clients.
The role of a Coverage Specialist is a full-time position designed to create and foster relationships between the Ehrnriter Companion and Community Group (ECCG) and both new and existing clients.

Our SEED (Skills Enhancement & Employee Development) Trainings are intentional education sessions put on by ECCG leadership. These monthly trainings are in place so that we can sharpen our skills together and continue learning and growing as a team.
Stronger Together is a monthly get together where team members are given the floor to share experiences in the field, ask questions, and connect with one another over a shared meal in the communities where we work. It’s a great way to get to know colleagues and to grow from each other’s experiences.
